Fresh Vintage

With the end of Sale-a-bration in just a couple of days, I thought I'd add this photo of a card made with the Fresh Vintage stamp set from the Sale-a-bration brochure.  This card is a case of a card by Beth Adams, another demonstrator; she also provided the measurements to help make it a quick and fun card.  I changed the colours and the sentiment.  It's not really that easy to find a sentiment to fit the 1 3/8" circle punch!  But I did find this one from the Elements of Style stamp set.

These are the measurements that Beth provided.  My image piece was smaller - 3 1/4 X 2 3/4.  All my black matting was 1/8th of an inch smaller.

Everyday Enchantment Tea Bag Cookie Holder

These little holders are made from one sheet of 12 X 12 paper, cut to 8.5 X 12.  I also made a cute little 3 X 3 note card, but forgot to photograph it.  It would fit nicely into one of the sides.   And of course, the lovely Everyday Enchantment DSP is available free with a $60 order.  Promotion goes until March 31.

Little tags are made from the Tea Shoppe stamp set.  I used the small cell bags available in the 2012 IB&C.

CREDITS:   A big thank you to the original designer of tea bag/cookie holder -  Debi Pippin; written instructions by Chiaki Haverstick
and the awesome cookie idea is from Lori Heiling!  I did this project as a class and had the cookies ready for them to use for their project.

Please contact me if you are interested in any of the products used to create this sweet project or visit my on-line store at http://www.cindymcgurk.stampinup.net/ !

Thanks!

Wisteria Sunflower

An A2 card using white embossing powder and old olive 1/8" grosgrain ribbon.  Not the best photography here; a little blurry and washed out; but the wisteria wonder, elegant eggplant and lucky limeade are beautiful together.

These next two were made and photographed in August.  They show the true colors quite well.
This background stamp makes for a fairly quick card!  Ribbon is Lucky Limeade Ruffled Ribbon.  Love it!  I also added a little Dazzling Diamonds with the two way glue pen...just doesn't show!

Stamp Sets:  Sunflower Background Stamp, Teeny Tiny Wishes, Short & Sweet

Thanks for stopping by!
