The Color Box Chalk Inks that Stampin' Up! carries in the current Occasions Catalouge give such a lovely soft, powdery look and work well with this technique. Just use balled up pieces of plastic cling wrap; dab in your ink and the dab on your paper! Make sure to use separate pieces for each colour so you don't mess up your stamp pad.
The stamp set I used was Crazy About You; 33 stamps with thirty (30) words and three image stamps.
